Summer Recap

It’s been an exciting summer for Seasons of Change Leadership Solutions!

Officially launched in late spring, we started the summer working with two Southern California based nonprofit organizations. Ongoing services being provided include executive coaching and leadership training for an internal advancement candidate into the top leadership position, and providing fractional Chief Development Officer duties focused on 2027 fundraising strategies.

Additionally, Janine Koeneke went on a fascinating and awe-inspiring journey to Egypt to represent Seasons of Change Leadership Solutions at a professional women’s conference. Entitled “The Egypt Experience” – the conference focused on four themes:

  • 🌍 Establishing a Leadership Legacy
  • 👑 Tapping Into Your Team's Natural Gifts
  • 🥷 Fearless Leadership

Amidst the wonders of the Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the beautiful Nile River, our group explored how to build a legacy in our own work and lives, and we discussed ways to strengthen our communities by supporting each other’s gifts and growth. Finally, we had fun taking and sharing photos of one another that focused on seeing our own strength and resilience through the eyes of others. It was magical. Seasons of Change officially launches

🎉 Excited to announce that Seasons of Change Leadership Solutions is officially live!

After 30+ years in nonprofit leadership, we've launched our own company focused on interim and fractional executive leadership and change management for nonprofits.

Our company is built around the belief that change doesn't have to be overwhelming. We work with nonprofits to provide steady, experienced leadership during transitions.

Change is natural. Change is seasonal. Change is manageable.
